Kent J. MacDiarmid

Kent J. MacDiarmid is the principal, founder and President of The MacDiarmid Company, a real estate consulting firm specializing in new development in California since 1993.  As President, he has served as a Project Manager of multiple large land development groups on large scale, multi-use, master planned communities.  He is currently serving as the Project Manager of Placer Vineyards located in Placer County, an approved master planned community of over 14,000 homes. Kent also serves as an Asset Manager for a large real estate investment firm that has deployed more than $1 billion in the housing industry in the Western U.S. since 2009. Prior to founding the company, Kent was the Vice President of Community Development for a major land development company in the Sacramento area. His earliest experience includes 10 years in real estate lending and investment as Vice President of several major lending and investment institutions in California.
